Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This page explains what personal data FRAIM ApS processes when you visit fraim.dk or write to us, why we do it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

1. Controller

FRAIM ApS, CVR 46713893, Vestbanevej 10, 2. tv., 2500 Valby, Denmark, is the controller for the data described here. You can always write to us at hej@fraim.dk.

2. When you write to us

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your company, your email address, the topic you pick and your message. Only email and message are required. We use them to answer you and, if you want to work with us, to prepare that work.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you have sent us yourself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We answer what you asked about. We don't sign you up for a newsletter or send you marketing unless you have separately said yes to it.

3. Visit statistics

We count how many people visit fraim.dk and where they come from. The numbers come only from what your browser already sends when it fetches a page. Each time you open a page, we note:

  • which page it is, and whether it is in Danish or English
  • which website you came from, and any campaign codes in the link (UTM)
  • whether you use a phone, tablet or computer
  • whether you click through to Just Say Yes or LinkedIn

No script runs for this, and we neither store nor read anything on your computer or phone. We don't use your IP address, and nothing in the numbers can be traced back to you. That also means we can't tell whether two visits come from the same person. We use no third-party analytics tools and don't share the numbers with advertisers.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit the site and where they come from (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object by writing to hej@fraim.dk.

4. When you send your visit with a message

While you are on the site, your browser remembers what you do: where you came from and what kind of device you use, your answers in the questionnaire, which services and tools you open, which buttons you press, how long you look at each part of the page, and how far down you scroll. It stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page.

If you switch on "Also send my visit" in the contact form, we receive it with your message, so we can answer what you are actually interested in. Otherwise we receive only the message.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hej@fraim.dk. We then delete the visit data. What we have already used it for remains lawful.

5. Who processes the data

We don't sell personal data. Messages and visit statistics are kept in our own customer system. These companies process data on our behalf:

  • Hetzner: hosting of the website and our customer system on servers in Finland (EU).
  • Resend: sends a copy of each message from the contact form to our inbox.
  • one.com: our email, on servers in Denmark (EU).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Resend is a US company and may process data in the United States. Resend takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to provide an adequate level of protection. Write to hej@fraim.dk if you want to know more about the transfer.

7. How long we keep data

  • Messages: for as long as we are in dialogue, and no more than two years after our last contact. If we start working together, our agreement and Danish bookkeeping rules apply instead.
  • Visit statistics: individual page views are deleted after 13 months. After that we keep only totals.
  • A visit you sent with a message: deleted together with the message, or sooner if you withdraw your consent.

Data we have deleted can still exist in our backups for up to 14 days. Only we can access them, and they are used only to restore the system.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the data we process about you, and have incorrect data corrected
  • have data erased or limit how we use it, where the law gives you that right
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest
  • receive the data you gave us with your consent in a common, machine-readable format
  • withdraw a consent at any time
  • complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk

Write to hej@fraim.dk to use your rights. We answer within one month of receiving your request. If it is particularly complex, we may extend the deadline by up to two months, and we will tell you within the first month. If we have reasonable doubt about who you are, we may ask for the information needed to confirm it.

9. Cookies and storage on your device

fraim.dk sets no cookies. The language follows the address: fraim.dk is in Danish, fraim.dk/en is in English.

If you choose the light or dark theme with the button at the bottom of the page, your browser saves the choice so the page doesn't switch back next time. This happens only when you press the button yourself, and the choice stays on your device. You can clear it in your browser settings.

What your browser remembers about your visit while you are on the site is described in section 4.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. If we want to use your data for something new, we will tell you before we do.
